Use these services lawfully and only with documents and other material you are entitled to use.
Check product availability
FourPrint is Windows pilot software. Check the download listing for the exact published installer version and the documentation for its matching guide. Test your printer, station settings, and customer workflow before customer use.
FourPoint Connect, also called FourPoint, is an upcoming platform. Features described as planned are not currently available. Joining its waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date.
FourConvert remains in development. FourAuth connections, online billing, and FourPoint AI are not currently active.
FourAPI conversions
The twelve hosted conversions described in the FourDOC guide use a separate Python processing service rather than browser conversion. Public uploads require a verified security check and a short-lived token. The service checks availability and quotas before admitting processing. Public FourDOC access does not create a developer account or occupy a developer invitation place. Interrupted processing may have completed; do not automatically repeat a conversion without checking its outcome. Supported formats and limitations appear in the conversion guide.
Review your results
Keep copies of important original documents. Check generated files, printing preferences, and prices before relying on an output or submitting a print job.
Software licences
Software downloads and third-party components may have separate licence terms. These terms do not replace those licences.
Availability
We aim to provide useful and accurate services, but interruptions, compatibility issues, and errors can occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
